1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ace33 online gaming platform, accessible at ace33.asia (the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other users who access or use the Platform. 2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ace33 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been previously permanently banned from the Platform for any terms violation.

ace33 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ace33 services, you are required to create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any point during your use of the Platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. ace33 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ace33 support immediately and change your password without delay.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, especially if using a shared or public device.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the ace33 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, ace33 reserves the right to close all accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonuses, and permanently withhold any associated balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ace33 supports a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200. ace33 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ace33 bears no responsibility.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made to your ace33 account:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ace33 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account screen showing the registered number) where a deposit cannot be automatically verified.
• Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited to your player account immediately upon confirmation of the transfer. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to appear depending on the processing time of the sending bank.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests submitted from your ace33 account:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method that was used to make the original deposit. ace33 does not permit withdrawals to a different account or payment provider than the one used to fund your ace33 wallet.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. You may be required to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification document before your first withdrawal or at any time at ace33's discretion.
• ace33 processes approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being handled at any given time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ace33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will have all associated accounts suspended.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ace33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player account remains subject to its original stated terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the offer. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements and the bonus may be voided.
• ace33 uses industry-standard fraud detection tools to identify bonus abuse. Patterns such as low-risk hedging bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Players who are found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse across multiple platforms — a practice sometimes referred to as 'bonus hunting' — may have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, manipulate odds, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the Platform.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in relation to any deposit made to your ace33 account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your ace33 account, including by sharing your login credentials.

ace33 employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, ace33 may place a temporary hold on account activity and any pending withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. The outcome of such investigations is final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

ace33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended to provide entertainment to adults who choose to engage with it recreationally and within their means. ace33 recognises that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to address this seriously.

ace33 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace33, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of gaming sessions, even if ace33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ace33's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ace33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ace33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ace33 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
